This home was absolutely amazing and fully met all of our needs. It was our family’s first time visiting Colorado, and finding a comfortable place to stay in a great location was essential. The property was perfectly positioned close to key attractions, local shops, and restaurants. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Shelly was exceptionally communicative, providing timely updates from before check-in until our departure. She truly is a top host, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. I slipped away to Shelly’s for one night after a work trip and extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much. The hot tub in the mornings with coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings to enjoy the mountain sunrise and sunset were phenomenal. Clean, easy, classy and perfect location for a getaway.

Shelley was available and responsive to all our needs. Cozy and warm place for a winter stay. We loved that it was close to a great breakfast/lunch place. There is also a little winery across the road and a great brewpub nearby.

Loved the drive to the house and the home was so nice inside. The bed was so comfortable and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch for the season. will stay again when I'm in Town.

Great place to stay a few days! It had everything we needed, and it’s close to everything on powers. If your a golfer, there is a wonderful public golf course minutes from the house!

We loved Shelly’s place so much, coming from Texas for our annual Colorado trip we made memories there that we will always cherish. The home was so cozy and in the perfect location for what we wanted . It was in the pines but close enough to grab food and go do other activities . The home had everything you could need or want . Beds were cozy , they even put up a Christmas tree we truly felt at home . I recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a cozy place in the forest. We will return. Also the host Shelly was so responsive and helpful . Thank you Shelly for thinking of everything and all the great advice on places to visit during our trip .

This is my second time renting this home and it is truly stellar. It’s spacious and clean, and in an ideal location. Close enough to have groceries delivered and removed enough to feel like you’ve gotten away from it all. I rent this home for retreats for my Nonprofit volunteers and we couldn’t ask for better. Lots of beds and bedrooms, lots of common space and a knockout kitchen to cook group meals. The location in the Black Forest is so lovely, and we enjoy seeing the local wildlife while we have our morning coffee. Thank you for having such a special place to rent!

I really liked Shelly's place. It was exactly what the pictures showed. Shelly made the check-in super easy and the check out instructions were very clear. I loved the little kitchenette and the bathroom was plenty big. The cottage was quiet and comfortable. I'll be back on my next trip through Colorado Springs!
