The apartment was as described and clean. Good communication, easy entry. I liked the coffee station and there were some little touches that went the extra mile. Bed was very comfortable. This is in a quadplex and there was some noise from the adjoining unit, but the common wall is well away from the bedroom and I had no issues with noise while sleeping. Convenient to all the businesses and restaurants on Powers Blvd but far enough away the area is quiet.

We booked a stay at The Gathering Place while visiting Colorado Springs for our son’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. It offered the ideal setting to relax with family and take in the beautiful scenery between all the wedding festivities. The home had all the necessary amenities, was very clean, and was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need, which we really appreciated. We immediately felt right at home and especially loved spending evenings around the fire, singing karaoke late into the night, taking walks along the backyard trails, and enjoying the warm, inviting spaces to reconnect with friends and family. It was a wonderful stay that made our special weekend even more memorable!

Wonderful, spacious home with beautiful views. This place was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen & bathrooms had everything we needed and were pristine when we arrived. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive . We hope to stay here again !

Shelly was a great host. The house was as expected it was clean, organized, and peaceful. Shelly checked in with me while at my stay to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend this house :)

First and foremost, Shelly was super fast to respond! We had lots of questions, and she never missed a beat in helping out, going above and beyond! She was a huge help & enjoyable to work with. The house was perfect for our party! One thing to mention, the pictures of the single upstairs bed and bathroom shows a dresser in the room. However, when we got there, there was no dresser. Just the single bed. The kitchen was plenty large and had all the dishes and cookware needed to provide for a large group. On a sidenote, if you plan to do a lot of cooking, there was salt, pepper, & a small amount of sugar. Nothing else. Not in any way dealbreaker, but helps to plan ahead for meals. The backyard was lovely, lots of chairs and a nice table to sit around. The neighborhood is beautiful. Quiet & peaceful. We were able to take several walks with my aging father, and he had a wonderful time! Overall, a wonderful stay! Thank you, Shelly for helping us make wonderful memories! Would book again!!!

We were attending a wedding in Larkspur but came early and found it easy to travel south and take in Pike's Peak (also viewable from this home!), Garden of the Gods and Painted Mines. Shelly's place is very comfortable and the neighborhood very private and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean.

My family had a very nice stay here. It was a cozy and beautiful farm house. The rooms were decorated so welcoming and charming and were very spacious. The kitchen and dinner were the greatest place for us all to gather. Thank you Shelly for opening your home to my family. I would recommend staying here!
