This beautiful Colorado home for large groups boasts incredible views of the Rocky Mountains, a beautiful 5 acre property, 19ft long-4 ft deep covered swim spa, hot tub and incredible amenities! Even though the home is on 5 acres, you'll be on the north side of Colorado Springs and 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy, Top Golf, and other cool attractions. 15 - 20 minutes from almost all other attractions Colorado Springs has to offer. You are very close to the interstate (I-25), and you will find commuting to local attractions simple and quick (20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Downtown, Olympic Training Center). The home has 3 king beds, 2 queen beds (1 is a couch pull out), and 4 twin beds. On the main level you will find the great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows(motorized blinds) to view Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. The large open concept kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath. Upstairs is the Master suite, complete with a large soaker tub and en suite bathroom. The basement has one bedroom, a full bath, laundry room and living room. Here you will also find a real bouldering wall! The garage conversion has the 4th full bath. This large bonus room could be used as a family suite or a bunk room for the kids! In the large 4 car garage you will find a ping pong table, foosball, air-hockey, outdoor games, bikes and more! The huge back patio would be the perfect place to host an event. Swim in the swim spa, sit an relax in the hot tub, play a game of corn hole, or roast marshmallows on the beautiful patio that looks out on the property. **Events are allowed by approval only! Please contact us about allowed events and pricing before booking. We would love to host your event! We charge an event fee for all events hosting over the number of guests staying in the home per the booking. Security cameras are outdoors only and ONLY pointed toward the driveway. There are no cameras in the backyard. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! Fire pit I wanted to let you know there’s a little trick with the fire pits outback. The one closest to the house you need to press down on the gas button for about 30 seconds before lighting it to warm it up before it will hold the flame. The other table next to it only takes about 10 seconds. I hope that helps. Have a wonderful time.
