A master and two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and guest bath are all located on the main level. A flight of stairs leads to the lower level where there are three more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large sitting and play area. The private back yard has a large table, grill, and firepit for guests to use. HD TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and lower level, all with Xfinity cable access. Lower level TV area has a Blu-ray DVD player to watch movies. The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmore Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. For the security of the home and our guests there is a motion activated camera located in the front doorbell outside.
