Relax with the whole family in this spacious, light and bright two story retreat. The home boasts two king bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, two living spaces, two desk spaces, and a deck for morning coffee and breathtaking views.
Good to know
At the end of the cul-de-sac, pull into a long driveway, follow the lighted path on the left, up to the private front door. Step into a stylish entry way where you can hang your coat. Look straight ahead out of the living room windows to see the most gorgeous view of Pikes Peak. walk up 2 steps to the main living room, open concept dining and kitchen. That level has Bedroom #1 and #2, both boasting King size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. Step out onto the deck with grill and seating overlooking the back yard. Go back towards the entry way and take the staircase down to the lower level. This floor has a second living space, Bedroom #3 with Queen bed, and Bedroom #4 with 2 twin beds. There is a desk, a bathroom in the hall, and a beautiful laundry room. We have the exquisite Tuft and Needle mattresses. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. You truly get the mountain cabin feel while close to everything. Located in the beautiful Rockrimmon neighborhood close to the gorgeous Ute Valley Park, there are local restaurants and grocery stores. It is a quiet neighborhood with mature trees and gorgeous natural rock formations on the hillside. The backyard has gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains.
Guest Access
The guest has access to the entire house, except for a owners/storage closet in the twin bedroom. The guest also has access to the back yard, and the hill off of the front door, for hiking.
