The Sunset Hill guest house shares 5 acres and is just south of the properties main house. Park directly in front of the Barndo and enter through the pedestrian door. You’ll walk into the two car garage that has been converted into a family game room. Enter the house into the kitchen and living room area. There is a full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you will find all four bedrooms, another full bathroom and a laundry nook.
