A spacious, family-friendly home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The main level features the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and guest bathroom. Head downstairs to find two more private bedrooms, a semi-private bedroom, another bathroom, laundry facilities, a work area, games area, and a large open space with additional sleeping accommodations. Families with little ones will appreciate the thoughtful kid-friendly amenities throughout the home, including baby safety gates, a crib, highchair, children's toys, and outlet covers. There is also plenty of space for kids to play and families to relax together. The private backyard is a great place to unwind, with a large outdoor dining table, grill, and fire pit for guests to enjoy. Inside, you'll find TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and lower-level TV area, with Xfinity cable access. The lower-level TV area also includes a DVD player for movie nights. Please note that the sofa bed is a twin size. The home is centrally located in Colorado Springs, making it easy to explore many of the area's most popular attractions. Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmoor, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and the Cog Railway, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are all within an easy drive. For the security of our home and guests, there is one motion-activated camera located outside at the front doorbell.
