The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmore Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
